The Littleton High School Lions Collegiate and Professional Advisory Committee (CPAC) is a group of current and former athletes who have competed at the collegiate or professional level and are now successful in their careers or businesses. These individuals bring their life experiences, leadership, and mentorship to help guide Lions athletes in their future endeavors—both on and off the field.

Mission Statement:

CPAC is committed to supporting the vision of Littleton Lions Football by mentoring young athletes to become leaders of character, strong family members, and contributors to their communities. Through shared experiences and active involvement, CPAC members assist in developing athletes who will leave a lasting legacy for years to come.

Roles and Responsibilities:

CPAC members serve as a committee of coaches, mentors, and teachers who actively support the head coach’s vision by participating in key team activities, including:

• Strength & Conditioning Sessions – Training alongside athletes, pushing them to improve, and offering guidance on mental and physical preparation.

• Team Dinners – Attending and engaging with players to discuss life lessons, leadership, and career opportunities.

• Practices – Observing, providing mentorship, and reinforcing discipline, work ethic, and teamwork.

• Game Days – Supporting players, motivating the team, and reinforcing the Lions’ culture of excellence.
